Here is the way !!
The first step; Cosists of putting enough water in a medium sized deep pot and adding a little salt, when it boils, the Hallacas are introduced and covered, they are left there for 20 minutes on one side, and then turned over 20 minutes on the other side . they are then removed and allowed to cool for about 5 minutes until you can touch it with your hands and proceed to unwrap.
On a plate put the Hallaca and cut the threads with a
pair of scissors , remove seperate the hallaca from the
wrap , discard the leaves and enjoy.
